You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept your request.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

The return address is located in China, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or handling fees.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Filing a chargeback with your bank for a fulfilled order that falls under our policy will not work in your favor, as all documentation and agreements made at checkout will be provided as proof. Please contact us first so we can assist you directly.
