Tracking Information

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot make changes once an order has been placed. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The return address is located in China, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges.

  • Items returned without prior approval by email will not be accepted.

  • Original shipping fees (paid at checkout) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Filing a chargeback for an order that falls under this shipping and returns policy will not work in your favor, as we provide full documentation of shipment and policy acceptance at checkout. We encourage customers to contact us directly for assistance before contacting their bank.
